Description

Responsibilities:
1.


Assist Bartenders:
Work closely with bartenders to ensure all necessary tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available during service.

2.


Clean and Organize:
Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked. Wash glassware, utensils, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.

3.


Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring and replenishing bar supplies. Inform management when inventory levels are low to ensure timely restocking.

4.


Customer Service:
Provide friendly and efficient service to customers. Assist in taking drink orders, delivering beverages, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

5.


Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with bartenders, waitstaff, and other team members to facilitate a seamless operation.

6.


Set Up and Break Down:

Assist in the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after service, ensuring everything is in its place.

7.


Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Report any issues or concerns to the management team.


Qualifications:
1.


Fluency in Spanish:
Strong proficiency in the Spanish language is essential for effective communication with team members and Spanish-speaking customers.

2.


Previous Experience:
Prior experience as a Bar Back or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

3.


Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

4.


Physical Stamina:
Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and performing physically demanding tasks.

5.


Attention to Detail:
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.


Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
