    Description
    • Lead and oversee the day-to-dayoperations of the Talent & Culture Department for GrandMercure Dubai City and ibis Style Dubai Airport throughcollaboration with senior and junior leadership on theimplementation of the Talent & Culturestrategy.
    • Promote Heartist culture and teamengagement that encourages open communication, trust, mutualrespect, and fun.
    • Play an integral role in theExecutive Committee, with a particular emphasis on coaching,support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects ofadministration and reporting.
    • Oversee theadministration of Talent & Culture programs including, butnot limited to, T&C Foundations Standards Auditpreparation, L&D strategy and interventions, benefits,leaves; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management;recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; andtraining and development.
    • Collaborate on thedevelopment of annual Talent & Culture / L&D budgetand manage day-to-day expenses, month-end reporting, andforecasting of Talent & Cultureaccounts.
    • Conduct research and analysis oforganizational trends including review of reports and metrics fromthe organization's Talent & Culture informationsystem (HRIS) and talent managementsystem.
    • Oversee and manage all recruitment inaccordance with company policies andprocedures.
    • Monitor and ensure theorganization's compliance with UAE Labour laws andregulations, and recommended best practices; review and modifypolicies and practices to maintaincompliance.
    • Challenge the status quo on how wecan improve the way we do things to create an even better guest andemployee experience.
    • Empower and conduct allemployee events & activities.
    • Championcommittees such as Employee Recognition and Diversity Equity& Inclusion
    • Ensure compliance withAccor and internal policies and local legislation in all aspects ofthe Talent & Culture function.
    • Otherrelevant duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of Bachelor'sDegree or higher
    • Minimum 2 years experience inTalent & Culture Management/ samerole
    • Extensive knowledge of all aspects ofTalent & Culture and L&Doperations
    • Excellent English languagecommunication skills, public speaking and trainingdelivery
