Job Description

The Workforce Development Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.

They assess the training needs of employees, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions. The specialist collaborates with teams across the organization to identify gaps in skills and knowledge and designs targeted solutions. They also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze training needs and develop targeted solutions.
