• Design and customize travel packages based on client preferences and budget.
• Provide endtoend travel consultancy services, including itinerary planning, accommodation booking, and transport arrangements.
• Offer expert advice on destinations, travel documents, insurance, and health/safety guidelines.
• Handle bookings, invoicing, and issue resolution with a high level of professionalism.
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, destination information, and travel advisories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant.
• Excellent knowledge of travel software and booking/reservation systems.
• Strong understanding of domestic and international travel trends.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• A passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
