We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a
Receptionist
at our luxurious ladies beauty center. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys interacting with people.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide information about our services, treatments, and packages to clients in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.
  • Schedule appointments, maintain the booking system, and ensure accuracy of client information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with beauty therapists and stylists to ensure smooth flow of appointments.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
  • Maintain inventory of beauty products, supplies, and retail items, and assist with product sales.
  • Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving customer service and overall operational efficiency.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a beauty or wellnessrelated establishment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage appointments and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with booking software (Fresha) and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of client interactions in a fastpaced environment.
  • Professional appearance and grooming, reflecting the image and values of our ladies beauty center.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • Knowledge of beauty products and treatments is a plus.
  • Social Media Skills is a plus
