Responsibilities:

Deliver quality care to antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum women and neonates in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation.

Handle calls to potential customers to generate leads & sales and to provide support and resolve issues.
Build telephonic relationships with patients and create a positive customer experience.
Facilitate positive patient and family experiences by creating a conducive environment.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all customer interactions.


Qualifications:
College Graduate or equivalent2+ years of experience in maternity programs or customer serviceKnowledge of healthcare terminology and proceduresExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
