    Job Overview

    Working closely with the Head of Creative Services and Creative Services Managers, the Studio Traffic Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the workflow of all business creative projects. This is a role for a creative individual with excellent aesthetic judgment and willingness to collaborate within a team environment. It also requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards keeping in mind foundational brand standards across all internal and external communication. The Studio Traffic Manager acts as the liaison between various teams and departments within Miral Destinations and Miral Experiences, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from project initiation to delivery.

    Job Scope

    Project Coordination (Internal/External):

    • Project Initiation: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. Ensure a clear understanding of the creative strategy and its alignment with overall business goals.
    • Planning and Execution: Manage the internal creative process and develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and business deliverables. Coordinate with the creative leaders to assign responsibilities and establish timelines.

    Workflow Management:

    • System Development: Implement and maintain a robust workflow system that tracks project progress in real-time. Utilize project management tools to streamline communication and enhance transparency across teams.
    • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify potential roadblocks or delays in the project lifecycle. Collaborate with team members to address issues promptly and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

    Resource Allocation:

    • Resource Assessment: Work closely with creative team leaders to assess the skill sets and availability of creative resources. Ensure that project tasks are assigned to individuals with the appropriate expertise.
    • Optimization: Continuously evaluate resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity. Make adjustments as needed to accommodate changing business priorities or project requirements.

    Communication:

    • Point of Contact: Support the Head of Creative Services by acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications within the Creative Hub. Facilitate open and clear communication channels to foster collaboration.
    • Status Updates: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and any adjustments to timelines. Ensure that all relevant parties are informed of changes promptly.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Review Process: Align with the creative leaders and establish a structured review process for creative deliverables ensuring that all stakeholders follow the internal approval process.
    • Feedback Implementation: Work collaboratively with creative leaders to address feedback from stakeholders. Facilitate a feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of creative output.
    • Ensure that internal policies and processes are followed and adhered to at all time.

    To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

    Essential:

    • Bachelor degree in marketing, advertisement, business management or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years in marketing/advertising or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience managing the workflow of creative teams
    • Advanced skills in communications and time management.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Advanced knowledge and understanding of creative processes, project management software and planning tools.
    • Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve, plan and align work to ensure accountability.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Understand the creative processes and project management methodologies.
    • Highly collaborative; skilled at working cross-functionally to drive results and ensuring satisfactory project outcomes.
    • Positive, self-motivated leader who can inspire others to rise to new challenges.
