    The School of Health Sciences & Psychology at Canadian University Dubai invites dynamic and experienced scholars to apply for full-time faculty positions (Assistant / Associate Professor) in Clinical Psychology. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about teaching, research, and shaping the future of psychology education.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and enhance undergraduate and graduate curriculum in Psychology.
    • Deliver engaging instruction across BA Psychology programs.
    • Drive academic excellence by setting and maintaining high standards for teaching and research.
    • Lead subject-area research strategy and support collaborative research projects.
    • Publish in reputable, peer-reviewed journals and share findings through relevant academic channels.
    • Engage in pedagogical research and contribute to continuous teaching improvement.
    • Provide academic guidance and support tailored to diverse student needs.
    • Establish and nurture internal and external academic networks.
    • Actively promote the university's mission and psychology programs locally and internationally.
    • Represent the university at academic events and professional gatherings.
    • Contribute to quality assurance and policy development in higher education.
    • Perform additional academic duties aligned with departmental goals.

    Qualifications

    • PhD in Clinical Psychology or a related specialization (e.g., Cognitive, Health Psychology).
    • 5–10 years of teaching experience in higher education.
    • Demonstrated excellence in research and publication.
    • Proficiency in advanced research methodologies.

    Priority consideration will be given to candidates with Canadian educational backgrounds or professional experience in Canada.
