Job summary
This role will lead and manage accounts to grow sales and profitability according to objectives by establishing dsm-firmenich as clients key partner winning projects and selling profitably fragrances.Develop successful working relationships with new and existing clients establish dsm-firmenich as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business define account objectives develop commercial strategy implement through account plan identify business opportunities decision factors success criteria define action plan accordingly monitor client satisfaction initiate corrective action where needed negotiate with clients favorable commercial terms including payment terms prices for new business increases for existing items maximize business vitality anticipate clients needs lead proactive projects generate new business opportunities getting clear complete briefing from clients translating their needs into dsm-firmenich projects brief creation development teams define accurate pricing margin parameters each project guidelines inputting project information project management system rules regulatory models PE leading coordinating projects internal partners clients fragrance submissions drive projects best possible solution client dsm-firmenich share visit reports client information feedback manage products life cycle MDM demand planning customer care supply chain ensure high level service clients working practices dsm-firmenich forecasts build account sales budget annually monitor sales profitability versus objectives provide input quarterly Sales projection monitor optimize financial aspects account particularly expenses market research vs budget overdue vs objectives maintain accurate documentation B2A guidelines accountable proper application process.
- Bachelors Masters degree equivalent business administration economics marketing science.
- Minimum years flavor/fragrance/ingredient sales experience in a sales/marketing FMCG.
- Strong sales experience Jordan Syria required extended product expertise passion fragrance ability prepare deliver presentations demonstrate advantage ability develop strategic plans prioritize implement action plans according to opportunities success factors team player strong partner development teams involved clients project supply Chain understanding product life cycle demand planning order pattern additional language French Arabic advantage.
