    • DMUManagement
    • Responsible to demonstrate thematurity of the DMU to stakeholders as a deliverable at programdevelopment milestones such as PDR, CDR,FFRR.
    • Work in close collaboration with theConfiguration Management team to ensure adherence to, and alignmentof, the official Aircraft Product Structuredefinition.
    • Be the custodian of the DMUquality, ensuring DMU rules and standards are followed by allinternal and external users.
    • Ensure a smoothconcurrent development in the DMU with a pro-active approach tosolve potential and existing DMU clashes anddiscrepancies.
    • Host and manage weekly DMUreviews to ensure all system owners are aware of upcoming andon-going development activities across the different EngineeringSystems, to prevent and avoid issues that would elsewise requirecorrective actions.
    • Provide DMU training tointernal and external employees.
    • Regularreporting of the DMU maturity progress to the Engineering andProgram Management.

    • Set up a simple definition (layers,colours, geometry, numbering) and process of creating andreleasing, Interface Control Models (ICM) as a means of identifyingmechanical interfaces as early as possible in the aircraftdevelopment.
    • Be the final approver of allICMs.
    • Ensure any pending ICM definitions and/orreleases are not delayed.
    • Create and manage anoverview of the ICM status.
    • Work in closecollaboration with the Project System Interface Engineer forinterface inputs to, and alignment with, the respective systemAircraft Installation Definition Document(AIDD).
    • Provide ICM training to internal andexternal employees.
    • Regular reporting of ICMstatus to the Engineering and ProgramManagement.

    Profile/Requirements

    • Bachelor'sdegree in mechanical engineering (ideally aerospaceengineering).
    • Minimum 5 years of experience inan aircraft development environment.
    • Experiencewith Dassault 3DExperience design and PLMtool.
    • Some work experience working as a DMUManager.
    • Good understanding of general assemblyand installation requirements.
    • Goodunderstanding geometric tolerancing.
    • Goodunderstanding of digital thread data management within the PLM (3DxEnovia).
