Description

• Perform daytoday accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements for the company and or clients
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with established procedures and financial regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate VAT returns in compliance with UAE VAT regulations.
• Provide timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting and financial needs, offering guidance and solutions as required.
• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all financial records and documentation are maintained in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Keep uptodate with changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and VAT laws applicable in the UAE.
• Assist with external audits and liaise with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, and VAT consulting roles in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and experience in preparing VAT returns.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as TALLY, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to identify discrepancies and propose effective solutions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
• Professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, or CA,CA Inter is preferred but not mandatory.
