    Job Description The Technical Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the organization's growth and success.

    This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.


    Responsibilities:

    • Proactively source, identify, and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
    • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific technical roles.
    • Conduct initial phone screenings and technical assessments to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Provide candidates with detailed information about the interview process and the company.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Communicate regularly with candidates, providing updates and feedback.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical staffing needs and priorities.
    • Provide guidance and expertise on technical recruitment best practices.
    • Facilitate the offer negotiation process, ensuring competitive and fair offers are extended to candidates.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to finalize offers and onboard new hires.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to support informed recruitment decisions. Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of hiring technical professionals.
    • Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and industry-specific terminology.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
