- Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong track record of hiring technical professionals.
- Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and industry-specific terminology.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
