    Description

    Looking for a talented BSS Mediation (EMM F&E and OLM) Expert to join our development team.

    The ideal candidate to have prior 10 years of experience in Telecom Mediation application, with a strong understanding of architecture, design, development, and implementation.

    Principal Functions:

    • Responsible for deliverables related to the business/technical/projects'/tasks/ad hoc requirements on the production environment after assessing, design, developing and testing.
    • Reviewing current streams and optimizing the existing code.
    • Introduction of new network and downstream streams
    • Follow the organization policies during the different processes such as production release, integration, etc.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot all the type of escalated cases from the support team to ensure smooth operations and minimal workflow interruptions.
    • Cater any adhoc requirements.
    • Documentation for the current and new streams.
    • Share intelligence back to Global Sales Directors when it comes to accounts having operations in Europe.
    • Complement the relationship circle for Global Accounts by having sync channel of communication with Account holders.

    Educational and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in computer science/ Engineering or equivalent.
    • 10+ years of experience in EMM F&E, OLM, and Telecom BSS.

    Job Requirements:

    • Knowledge of DUP/JAVA coding. Knowledge of various record type (e.g. ASN1, ASCII, Binary,ISO,TAP).
    • Knowledge of telecom mediation upstream systems like CCN/OCC,CAF,CHF,MSC,IN,SMSC,Volte,Call/CDR flow and downstream systems like billing,RA,FMS,DWH,ODS etc.
    • Knowledge of databases (Postgres/Oracle), Protocols (e.g., Diameter, Radius), Webservices (e.g., Soap, Rest), LINUX OS.
    • Knowledge of virtualization & veritas.
    • Knowledge of DEVOPS like (CI/CD) principles using Jenkins and GitHub tools.
    • Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting.
    • Strong experience in data analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Team Player with a positive attitude.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in fast paced environment and prioritize task effectively.
