Are you hands-on, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills to lead a small, dedicated sales team? Do you have a good understanding of capital markets?
YOUR ROLE
As Head of Sales, you will be leading our sales team from our office in Dubai towards the Gulf region.
- Drive generation of incremental ARR and service revenues, extend existing strategic relationships and grow key accounts
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline effectively
- Create sales capability and expand professional services activities with the support of the Support and Technical Teams of Euroland IR
- Partner with global sales leadership, country managers, and crossfunctional stakeholders to set, land and expand one global infrastructure for sales process and systems
- Partner closely with the global Support team (dottedline reporting to you) for the consistent sales process globally, focusing on automation and maximizing sales efficiency
- Strategically set and manage KPIs to help your team achieve highperformance levels
- Being personally onboarded by and reporting to our CEO of Euroland IR Middle East and Asia

YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent in English, Arabic, and French
- Degree in business administration or similar
- 10+ years of experience in sales, SAAS solutions, IT services and/or software is preferred
- Knowledgeable of Capital Markets
- Selfstarter, unpretentious, and entrepreneurial
- Enthusiastic and motivating team leader
- Pleasure in working in an international environment, yet small office
- Solid level of CRM management (preferably HubSpot).
- Customercentric mindset
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment that changes rapidly
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
