BRAND SPECIALIST
What we want:
International Distribution Management:
- Coordinate with distributors and retailers across various countries to ensure seamless brand representation and availability.
Creative Brand Development:
- Conceptualize, design, and implement creative Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and visuals to enhance brand visibility and appeal.
Brand Awareness and Marketing:
- Devise and execute influencer marketing campaigns, paid advertisements, collaborations, and event participation to increase brand awareness in the UAE.
- Organize and manage popup events to engage with customers directly.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive Instagram feed by scheduling posts and creating visually appealing content.
- Implement promotions and engaging campaigns on the brand's Shopify website.
Order Management and Coordination:
- Finalize product orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
- Manage the brand's Shopify website, oversee customer orders, and address customer inquiries promptly.
Marketing Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing department to align with the overall marketing calendar and promotional activities.
- Create quarterly marketing calendars outlining key activities and initiatives.
Event Management and Reporting:
- Assist in organizing events, and attend meetings with the CEO, writing detailed Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to document key decisions and action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience as a Brand Manager in the beauty industry.
- Exceptional proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Creative mindset with the ability to elevate the brand's visual identity and market positioning.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing Shopify websites and handling online orders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Previous experience in event management and social media marketing is a plus.
