    Job Summary:

    As the Chief Financial Officer, you will play a critical role in the strategic and financial management of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team, and ensuring the companys financial health and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Financial Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement the companys financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
    • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
    • Evaluate the financial performance of the company and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax laws.
    • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Manage cash flow effectively to support ongoing operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Implement measures to optimize working capital and reduce financial risks.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
    • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Capital Structure and Funding:
    • Evaluate and recommend optimal capital structure to support growth.
    • Explore and secure financing options for projects, acquisitions, or working capital needs.
  • Financial Decision Support:
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with other executives to assess investment opportunities and ROI.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate financial performance, strategies, and risks to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Build relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within the [construction, infrastructure, and power distribution] sector.
    • Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
