- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to promote the company's valves portfolio
- Identify and generate leads through cold-calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the engineering team to provide technical support and solutions to customers' needs
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company pricing and profitability guidelines
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the industry
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in sales of valves or related products
- Strong technical knowledge of valves and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
