Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the plastic and packaging industry.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

This role requires a strong understanding of plastic and packaging products, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastic and packaging industry.
  • Research and understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to expand customer base and achieve sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote products and services.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Sales and Revenue Generation:


  • Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling plastic and packaging solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.

Market Analysis and Strategy:


  • Monitor industry developments, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.

Sales Reporting and Administration:


  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plastic and packaging industry.
  • Strong knowledge of plastic materials, packaging products, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.

Education and Experience:


  • Diploma in Business Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in B2B/ B2C sales, specifically in plastic or packaging sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

Working Conditions:


  • This role may require travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Flexible work hours to accommodate client schedules and business needs.
