    Role Summary:

    • You will be advising Real Estate Brokerages to makeappropriate decisions regarding an investment in a Property FinderSaaS package for our platform.
    • The suitableapplicant is expected to evaluate the requirements and objectivesof clients to identify their needs in a consultativeapproach.
    • In this role there is a great dealof autonomy and this position is only suitable for sales candidateswho possess excellent communication presentation and timemanagement skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Newclient acquisition and account management of existingclients.
    • Build and maintain strong longlastingclient relationships through consistent support andconsultation.
    • Serve as the initial point ofcontact for all customer account management matters.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximizemutual interest.
    • Identifies opportunities togrow business with existing clients.
    • Collaborating with various internal departments to ensureall clients requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

    Requirements:

    • SaaS /Digital sales experience.
    • Problemsolvingskills to help resolve customer complaints.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills tocommunicate product ideas to clients.
    • A goodunderstanding of the real estate industry.
    • Strong customer service mindset that requires patiencewhile dealing with different types of customers.
    • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client dataand suggest solutions to maximize ROI.
    • Timemanagement and strong organizational skills.
    • Experience with using Salesforce CRM is aplus.
