    Minimumqualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in atechnical or quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalentpractical experience.
    • 8 years of experience intechnical support service delivery or vendormanagement.
    • 6 years of experience leadingtechnical support teams, operations, strategy, and changemanagement.
    • Ability to communicate in Englishfluently.

    Preferredqualifications:

    • Experience working with team membersto design and implement strategic projects that solve businessproblems.
    • Experience with advancedspreadsheets, SQL, and database software, with excellent analyticalskills.
    • Experience executing complex strategicand operational initiatives, with excellent problem-solving andproject management skills.
    • Experiencecollaborating with senior stakeholders across a large, globalorganization.
    • Knowledge of Google Cloud and/orother Cloud platforms.
    • Ability to communicateupward to senior management, laterally to site leadership team,cross-functionally to multiple teams including Vendor Management,Global Operations, and technical teams, and toward Vendor AccountManagement, Vendor Operations Management, and vendors at site-widelevel.
