- Bachelor's degree in atechnical or quantitative/business-oriented field, or equivalentpractical experience.
- 8 years of experience intechnical support service delivery or vendormanagement.
- 6 years of experience leadingtechnical support teams, operations, strategy, and changemanagement.
- Ability to communicate in Englishfluently.
- Experience working with team membersto design and implement strategic projects that solve businessproblems.
- Experience with advancedspreadsheets, SQL, and database software, with excellent analyticalskills.
- Experience executing complex strategicand operational initiatives, with excellent problem-solving andproject management skills.
- Experiencecollaborating with senior stakeholders across a large, globalorganization.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud and/orother Cloud platforms.
