    Description

    Responsibilities:

    1.Perform the role of Scrum Master for one or more teams, leadingmultiple, simultaneous initiatives or complex programs / releasetrains

    2. Practices the core Agile principles ofcollaboration, prioritization, accountability, and practicescontinuous improvement

    3. Support and educateProduct Owners, especially in regard to developing, refining andmanaging product backlog

    4. Provides coaching ofteam members, Product Owners, Product Development Team, other ScrumMasters and PM community

    5. Strong mediation andnegotiation skills

    6. Facilitates sprint demos,planning, and retrospectives

    7. Tracks andcommunicates team velocity and sprint/releaseprogress

    8. Provide status reporting on keyperformance indicators (KPIs), schedule, resources, and milestonedelivery
