Job description

As an Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and improving the student experience within our educational organization.

You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance sales and marketing ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for generating leads through a variety of methods, including networking, and social media outreach.
Expected to identify and qualify potential leads and share them with the sales team.
Generation of leads through platforms like sales navigator, LinkedIn, and other similar platforms.
Conducting facilitation calls to new students as and when required to assist them and take them through the startup process efficiently and make sure the support services are available to them.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to support the sales team in terms of training, lead generation, and sales promotional ideas.
Also, keep a look out for new platforms to register our college there to increase the lead inflow.
You will also be responsible to audit all kinds of sales reports maintained by the sales team, assigning random leads, add leads in the CRM as and when required.
Staying informed about current trends in the market, competitor analysis, and continuously seeking to improve and update support, sales, and marketing teams accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales support or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret data
Experience with student support or customer service is a plus
We are looking for a selfstarter with a passion for improving the student and sales experience.

Salary:
Up to AED6,000.00 per month
