Your responsibilities willinclude: Bringing the multidisciplinary project teamtogether to manage the outputs of the feasibility study, includingcommissioning surveys, coordinating design outputs, undertakingclient reviews, and managing any changes toscope.

Client facing role; managing day to daydelivery and co-ordination of theproject.

Proactive co-ordination within otherprogramme stakeholders, consultants and contractors to manageoverall project and programme interfaces to deliver projectefficiently.

Liaison with all relevant internaland external stakeholders to ensure that requirements areidentified, assessed, and appropriately integrated into theproject.

Working with the client and reporting tothe project lead responsible for helping to establish the strategyand delivery for the project.

Assisting indeveloping the client's brief, delivery strategy andleading the design management, procurement and execution of thescheme.

Understanding of the design processthroughout all stages of the project lifecycle and able to manageoutputs and technical aspects as theyarise.

Producing strategic project programme andhave the ability to scrutinise and integrate programmes fromconsultants and contractors.

Understanding ofrisk management and able to work with project teams to identify,schedule and establish mitigation strategy for projectrisks.

Coordinating, planning and managinginternal and external meetings in relation to theproject.

Driving the procurement of services andworks required to deliver the project, including site surveys.
