  • Manage client interactions through calls, WhatsApp, and email, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for clients who are reaching to Boutiques across all divisions and E-commerce.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, customer service, or client care, with a preference for those familiar with Salesforce.
  • Availability for five-day work weeks, including weekends and late shifts.
