    Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • ProvideOracle HCM Cloud Fusion technical consulting services by acting assubject matter expert to support the team through the entire cloudapplication services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM CloudFusion projects MENA Region
    • Responsible for thedesign development testing and support of technical tasks in OracleCloud
    • Technical Tasks include BI ReportsIntegrations Data Migrations Workflows Fast Formulas and HCMExtracts
    • Prepare and deliver technicalworkshops and engaging with business Stakeholders in requirementsgathering and business mapping
    • Carry out unittesting on code and develop test plans to verify logic of new ormodified code.
    • Create appropriate documentationsuch as requirements detailed analysis technical documentation ortraining
    • Supporting existing customerstechnical solutions and resolving any issues/enhancements that mayoccur.
    • Adherence to documented developmentstandards and implementation of best practice developmentmethods
    • Collaborate with Oracle Support toprovide solutions as functional and technical bugs areencountered.
    • Strong technical skills across theOracle Cloud toolset
    • Adheres to industry bestpractice and contributes towards our delivery standards andmethodology
    • Displays passion for the role and astrong desire to deliver to the best of theirability
    • Displays persistence to complete tasksand to ensure solutions are thoroughlytested
    • Accurately estimates the time necessaryfor the delivery of work
    • Documents solutionsclearly and shares knowledge freely within the clientCommunity
    • Presents solutions clearly andprovides training on technical topics to target groups andcolleagues

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Consultantswith 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 3 years ofexperience with Fusion HCM Technical Consultant.
    • Business process knowledge or functionalexperience within the one or more key areas: Oracle Fusion HCMCloud
    • Completed at least 2 full Oracle HCMCloud (Fusion) projectimplementations.
    • Extensive Knowledge onunderlying database structure for Oracle HCM Cloud(Fusion)
    • Extensively worked on BI reports DataMigration Integration and Workflowcomponents
    • Essential functional understandingof Oracle HCM and Payroll (Cloud and EBS) from a technicalperspective (not a functionalconsultant)
    • Desirable functional understandingof Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM from a technical perspective (not afunctionalconsultant)
