Responsibilitiesinclude:

ProjectManagement (60%)

• Implement Work Transfers in accordance with AS9100 WorkTransfer Requirements.
• Provide operationalengagement and oversight to ensure the timely and accuratecompletion of transfers of components and/or parts between orwithin supplier organizations in a highly regulatedindustry.
• Support the work transition of newlicenses and acquisitions to the business
• Interface and correspond with suppliers
• Demonstrate ability to visit and assesssuppliers' capabilities and capacity both domestic andinternational. Ability to navigate new cultures with integrity andrespect in support of building relationships.
• Ensure accurate reporting of work transfer gated processfor the site. Provides monthly status updates on completed, inprocess and scheduled activities.

Technical Prowess (40%)

• Ensure engagement and management ofsourcing changes with cross functional teams by understanding theirbusiness needs and how it can be fulfilled from the marketplace aswell as providing accountability for their alignment
• Partner with PMO, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality andOperations key stakeholders to develop a robust performance andrelationship management program by facilitating supplierinteractions with cost / quality improvements. Ensures relevantstakeholders are informed of decisions, action plan andtiming.
• Drives the decision-making process& action planning for each activity driving efficienciesand cost reduction / savings opportunities.

JobRequirements:

• Associatesdegree and a minimum 7 years' experience in highlyregulated industry
  or
• Bachelorsdegree and a minimum of 5 years' experience in highlyregulated industry
• Experience in an Aerospaceenvironment
• Demonstrate familiarity withAS9100 Work Transfer requirements
• Demonstrateunderstanding of supply chain, manufacturing practices,operations/planning/logistics, quality and terms andconditions
• Demonstrate ability to driveproduct implementation and strategy
• Demonstrate high level of attention to detail andurgency
• Experience in buying and sourcingdirect material
• Demonstrate ability to developand maintain relationships with suppliers and co-workers in apressured environment
• Proficient withcomputers and automated process and systems
• Self Starter and team player
• Travel(30%)
