- Minimum graduate level degree orrelated Procurement specificqualification.
- CIPS Certified would be an addedvalue.
- A minimum of 12 years'experience in procurement within the region. Having educationprocurement experience is preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of ERP system(SAP Ariba and Oracle Fusions)
- Proven trackrecord of developing advanced procurement processes andmethods
- Fluent English communication skills,written and oral, Arabic is an addedvalue.
- Attention to detail with diligent followup, and able to execute in a timelymanner.
- Skilled in multi‐tasking and handlingpressure.
- Excellent interpersonalskills.
