Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our bluecollar recruitment services
Generate leads from the market
Collaborate closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and recruitment needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, industry demands, and competitive landscape to shape effective marketing strategies.
Create compelling marketing content, including job listings, blog posts, social media updates, and website content, to engage with job seekers and highlight our expertise to clients.
Coordinate the mass hiring for various clients
Coordinate and arrange the required documentation for bluecollar hiring
Keep uptodate with recruitment industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and effective.
Assist in the development of pricing and promotional strategies for recruitment services.
Monitor competitors' marketing activities and stay informed about shifts in the recruitment landscape.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on promoting services or solutions, preferably in the recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of the recruitment sector.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
Creative mindset and ability to generate engaging content for both clients and job seekers.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
