    Description

    As Executive Lounge Receptionist, you willensure the satisfaction of executive Guests throughout their stayat the hotel by responding efficiently to their enquiries andoffering advise and information as requested. An Executive LoungeReceptionist contributes to the first impressions of our Guestsand, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the higheststandards:

    • Welcomeexecutive Guests on arrival and assist them during their staydealing efficiently with enquiries and anycomplaints
    • Process accurately check-ins andcheck-out
    • Ensure that all Guest supplies andamenities are offered and replenished to the requiredstandards
    • Stay current with all hotel servicesas well as VIP requests and specialevents
    • Demonstrate a knowledge of externallocations, attractions and landmarks in thevicinity
    • Project a professional manner with anemphasis on hospitality and Guestservice
    • Comply with Hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safetylegislation
    • Executive tasks as instructed bythe Executive Lounge Supervisor orManager
    • Serve your role and Team in anenvironmentally-consciencemanner
