    Responsibilities

    · Validate and record payroll entriesin the general ledger timely andaccurately

    · Maintain accrualcalendars and general ledger mapping of payroll codes in thepayroll system

    · Perform month-endclose duties, including recording monthly accrued payrollexpenses

    · Assist with review andexplanations of fluctuations in monthly, quarterly, and annualfinancial results

    · Prepare and ensurecompleteness of balance sheet reconciliations in addition toreporting on fluctuations over various timeperiods

    · Prepare schedules forquarterly reviews, internal audit team, and annualaudit

    · Develop, implement, andmaintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence tocompany guidelines and compliance with the requirements ofSarbanes-Oxley
