    • Customer Service Supervisor /Manager

    Major Duties &Responsibilities:

    • Quotations for PSA BDP Australia"house accounts"
    • Quotationsfor Global PSA BDP Offices &Agents
    • Tracking / Tracing shipments for ourcustomers as required
    • Assisting Sales &Business Development to quote newopportunities
    • Manage compliance enquiries forour customers, ensuring we are compliant with PSA BDP policies andregulatory compliance relating to embargosetc
    • Contribute to strong relationships withsuppliers (Shipping Lines, Co-loaders, Airlines,truckers)
    • Ensure timely and accurateinformation is entered into our operatingsystem
    • Procurement from our vendors (ShippingLines, Airlines, Co-Loaders, Rail & Cartagecompanies)
    • Order Management, assisting ourcustomers in co-ordination of their Importorders.
    • Order Status Reporting (Using CargoWiseorder manager)
    • KPI reporting to our customersas required
    • Operational Problem Solving withPSA BDP Offices, Agents
    • Working with Finance toresolve invoicing issues with Customers, Vendors, PSA BDP offices,Agents

    JobRequirements

    Experience:

    • Freight Forwarding experienceessential
    • CargoWise experinceadvantegous
    • Preferred knowledge of rateprocurement / quoting
    • Working in a team of 6 inthe Customer Service the successful applicant will be a team playerwith a strong desire to go above and beyond for our customers andinternal stakeholders.
