- Tracking / Tracing shipments for ourcustomers as required
- Assisting Sales &Business Development to quote newopportunities
- Manage compliance enquiries forour customers, ensuring we are compliant with PSA BDP policies andregulatory compliance relating to embargosetc
- Contribute to strong relationships withsuppliers (Shipping Lines, Co-loaders, Airlines,truckers)
- Ensure timely and accurateinformation is entered into our operatingsystem
- Procurement from our vendors (ShippingLines, Airlines, Co-Loaders, Rail & Cartagecompanies)
- Order Management, assisting ourcustomers in co-ordination of their Importorders.
- Order Status Reporting (Using CargoWiseorder manager)
- KPI reporting to our customersas required
- Operational Problem Solving withPSA BDP Offices, Agents
- Working with Finance toresolve invoicing issues with Customers, Vendors, PSA BDP offices,Agents
- Freight Forwarding experienceessential
- CargoWise experinceadvantegous
- Preferred knowledge of rateprocurement / quoting
- Working in a team of 6 inthe Customer Service the successful applicant will be a team playerwith a strong desire to go above and beyond for our customers andinternal stakeholders.
