JOB ADVERTISEMENT FOR OPERATION MANAGER
We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Operation Manager to work with Maxguard Auto Services.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitors shop condition, including cleanliness, safety and the condition of shop equipment.
Provides technical support for technicians when necessary.
Efficient in quality management, inventory and supply chain management.
Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and securing compliance.
Managing Materials and processes to ensure efficient operations.
Optimizing productivity and quality.
Managing risks and compliance.
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

Required skills to be successful:

Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience as a Operation Manager in an automotive Industry.
Technical knowledge provides uptodate technical information in response to customer inquiries.
Excellent customer service, willing to go the extra mile.
Strong English communications skills.
Must have UAE valid Driving License.
