- Defining andimplementing front desk objectives andprocedures.
- Hiring and training staff andmanaging the shift schedules.
- Tending toguests' complaints and questions and providing exceptionalcustomer service.
- Ensuring that the front deskand reception area is kept clean andorganized.
- Maintaining front desk officesupplies and equipment.
- Managing budgets,records, and contracts.
- Supervising staff andall front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phonecalls, and emails.
- Conducting performancereviews with the front desk staff.
- Generatingreports and feedback for presentation to the generalmanager.
- Performing administrative duties suchas filing and updating records, among others, asneeded.
