    • Tending toguests' complaints and questions and providing exceptionalcustomer service.
    • Ensuring that the front deskand reception area is kept clean andorganized.
    • Maintaining front desk officesupplies and equipment.
    • Managing budgets,records, and contracts.
    • Supervising staff andall front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phonecalls, and emails.
    • Conducting performancereviews with the front desk staff.
    • Generatingreports and feedback for presentation to the generalmanager.
    • Performing administrative duties suchas filing and updating records, among others, asneeded.
