Manager Quality Engineering Jobs In DubaiJob Responsibilities:

Build, support and maintain mission critical quality engineering products and platforms, including Enterprise Test Data Management (EDTM) for IT and business customers (including Emirates Aviation College).Establish the mission and purpose for quality engineers in the solution domain along with the right technologies, engineering practices and metrics relevant for the quality engineering solution domain.

Accountable for software quality engineering within Group IT systems). This includes three distinct functions being Functional (Test Practice & Automation), Non-Functional (Performance Engineering) and Test Data Platforms.
Design the strategy and drive the adoption of test automation across the organisation. The role holder is the Product Owner for test automation tools and platforms.


Job Requirements:

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field or relevant experience15+ yrs in quality engineering roles involving the building of complex, scalable and large software solutions in digital, data or enterprise domain.5+ years of leading quality engineering teams in a large solution domain and with experience in digital transformationsSolid experience in development of quality test frameworks and quality practices in support of large scale agile delivery.
