Work closely with the compliance team to implement and maintain robust security measures.


Risk Management:
Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify assess and mitigate operational risks.
Stay informed about industry trends and updates adjusting strategies accordingly.


Process Optimization:
Streamline and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Implement best practices for workflow automation and standardization.


Collaboration:
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including technology finance compliance and customer support to ensure smooth collaboration and information flow.
Act as a bridge between different teams to facilitate effective communication and problemsolving.


Monitoring and Reporting:

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Technology or a related field.

Proven experience in operations management preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency operations.

Knowledge of security protocols compliance requirements and risk management in the crypto industry.
