Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to potential investors.
  • Promote offplan properties and explain investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information about properties, including pricing, location, and amenities.
  • Follow up with clients to answer questions and address concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Keep detailed records of calls, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or a related field.
  • Fluency in Russian, French, Uthopian, German, and British English language.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Knowledge of offplan market trends and investment strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Valid driving license (preferred).

Salary:
From AED7,000.00 per month
