Customer Logistics Executive Jobs in Dubai | Deluxe Transportation & LogisticsJob Responsibilities:

Execute stock management by ensuring the correct item reaches the appropriate customer at the correct timingManage daily order processing activities for a specified account or group of accountsManage key accounts on inventory by proactively suggesting strategies that impact the customers ordering forecastTrack On-Shelf Availability (OSA).

Monitor promotional orders to ensure timely shipment and arrival at the customers by the requested delivery datePerform regular analysis of customer service levels and complete monthly Key Performance Reporting (KPI's)Identify gaps and conduct root cause analysis on a daily basis in order to drive service level improvementsUnderstand supply chain requirements for customers and develop solutions to solve issues


Job Requirements:
1 year of Customer Service experience1-2 years of Logistics experience, preferredBachelor's Degree preferred in Supply Chain Management, Operations or Business
