    Key Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting procurement processes and possess exceptional knowledge of contract management and governance.

    The primary responsibility of this role will be to develop and implement robust procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing supplier relationships.
    • Draft and review NDA, procurement contracts, including terms and conditions, service level agreements, and other relevant contractual documents with due inputs of internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure that procurement contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and develop comprehensive contract specifications.
    • Able to draft procurement processes, contract management, and governance matrix.
    • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of supplier proposals and contracts, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
    • Advise on contract negotiation strategies and support procurement team members in contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions.
    • Monitor contract compliance, identify deviations, and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes related to procurement contracts and governance practices.
    • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement processes, contract management, and governance best practices.
    • Support In representing procurement for Audit & risk requirements.
    • Supporting SAP implementation
    • Maintains vendor master data and supplier performance, and monitor compliance with company policies

    Experience And Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management and governance.

    • Knowledgeable in procurement principles and practices
    • Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks
    • Experience in liaising with Internal stakeholders
    • Proven experience in drafting procurement processes, contract management, and governance within a reputable organization.
    • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and contract management.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify potential risks and propose effective solutions.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
    • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using contract management software and tools.
    • A self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
    • Strong knowledge in SAP source to pay and contracts module.
    • Certified in SAP S/4 Sourcing and Procurement.
