- Troubleshoot and repair hotelequipment, for all the MEP technical maintenance and HVAC equipmentwithin your property.
- Works closely with theEngineering manager and DOE to carry out other responsibilitiesassigned to them in accordance with the established maintenanceprogram and operation schedule to perform a smooth operation of theEngineering Department.
- Contribute to theday-to-day operational efficiency of thedepartment.
- Daily utilities(Electric-Water-CW-Gas) and service desk system monitoring andreporting.
- Supervise and control the preventivemaintenance schedule and follow checklists Boiler, Chiller,Emergency Generators, Fire Pumps, Kitchen, Refrigeration,HVAC/Laundry etc.
- Keep updates of daily events,especially on Banquets and Guestroom status, giving emphasis toVIP's.
- Coordinates daily withHousekeeping and Front Office for the readiness of the guestrooms.
- Responsible for the health safety of theproperty
- Follow the preventive maintenancechart strictly and maintain records for futurereference
- To follow the engineeringteam's work closely and to ensure that the workquality/standard is at a good level.
- Coordinatewith other department's counterparts to ensure theirsatisfaction on quality andprogress
