To complement our growth plans, Service and Maintenance is a strategic priority for our Business.


Do you have dynamic leadership skills with a customer service mindset and a strong understanding of the Service and Maintenance Business? If so, we have a unique opportunity for someone who has a passion to drive our service operations in Dubai.

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Area Service Operations Manager to be based in our Dubai office. The role reports to the Service Operations Manager for Dubai.

In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships, lead and coach the team of Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to continuously improve field performance.

The role is also responsible for driving improved profitability, grow the business and deliver high-quality customer service with a Service Mindset.


A service mindset is an outlook that focusses on creating customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understands how to partner and collaborate with the business.

We need someone who can influence, has a strategic mindset, is result driven and has strong commercial acumen.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of Service experience within the Elevator & Escalator industry
  • Strong understanding of Maintenance & Service Business
  • Previous Service Sales experience will be an added advantage
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Commercially driven and strong understanding of Finance
  • Strong English & Arabic communication skills as an Operations Manager you will often have to interact with various stakeholders and so the ability to communicate complex data, and to write and speak clearly, are important
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized selfstarter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service

  • You need to be an individual who is precise in their work, able to spot errors, and vigilant to ensure that any problems are corrected for accurate results
  • Ability to effectively evaluate business performance and identify initiatives to drive positive business performance.
