Job Summary:

The sales coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting sales efforts across multiple channels, including retail, HORECA cafes & restaurants, HORECA hotels, & Institutions, catering, and distributors.

The sales Coordinator will work closely with the Brand Management and sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that meet the company's growth objectives.

This position reports to the Senior Brand Manager & inventory controller

Main Responsibilities:

Send daily promotions available in stock to sales team and BMs.
Prepare weekly Full Solution SOH reports (Stock on hand reports)
Ask IT for detailed quotation report on monthly basis or when required
Submit sales agreement report by BM to corresponding BM
Renew or change monthly sales agreement prior to expiration as per BM approval
Renew or create sales agreement automatically if price corresponds to price B or GP approved by manager.
Establish active communication and engagement with sales team to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Prepare tenders and contracts sales agreement price, barcodes received from sales team
Enter and update information into the company master data file and shared price list
Access Birshstreet and future log systems to do necessary changes when required.
Updating routing and generating sales force reports
Issue distribution reports for all brands and all channels as per BMs request
