    Sales Manager Leisure Jobs In Dubai UAE 2023 | Aloft Hotels & ResortsFor More Top Organization Jobs Click HereDescription:You will participate in all sales activities and work in line with the sales and marketing plan for the various market segments in order to exceed hotel revenue and targets.


    The scope of responsibility includes:
    promoting the hotel brand, contracting new business and maximizing revenue for the hotel.

    You are also in charge of establishing outstanding businesses relationships within local, domestic and international markets monitoring competitor activities and market intelligence attending travel functions and sales road shows and organizing sales trips to promote sales for the hotel.

    We will provide training that will equip you to be a confident Sales Manager who stands out in the market by achieving exceptional results.

    You will report directly to the Director of Revenue who will provide coaching and support to enable you to achieve what you are driving for.


    Responsibilities:
    Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teamDesign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presenceOwn recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representativesBuild and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needsPresent sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management teamIdentify emerging markets and market shifts while beingfully aware of new products and competition status


    Requirements:
    Pro-active, self-motivated, loves challengesA minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in Deira, Dubai Market with a proven track record to close a saleGood reputation among the local tour operators and DMCsAbility to drive overall leisure business (groups and FITs)Mature and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and on own initiative to achieve sales targetsFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situationsPassion to lead and a desire to succeed
