    Job Description

    Supporting the project team with full time HSE Surveillance. Aligning with Company and client HSE Requirements.

    Responsibilities / Authorities:

    • Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and procedures.
    • Conduct regular risk assessments for electrical and instrumentation work activities.
    • Develop and implement control measures to mitigate identified risks.
    • Stay abreast of relevant electrical and instrumentation industry regulations and standards.
    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
    • Lead investigations into electrical and instrumentation-related incidents and accidents.
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    • Conduct regular toolbox talks focusing on electrical and instrumentation safety.
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance awareness and skills.
    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for electrical and instrumentation scenarios.
    • Conduct drills to test and improve the effectiveness of emergency response procedures.
    • Monitor key performance indicators related to electrical and instrumentation safety.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on HSE performance to project management.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and rectify potential hazards.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure safe work practices.
    • Responsible for the monitoring of site conditions in line with the HSE-Management system
    • Monitoring the project HSE programme and participate in the project HSE audit and inspection
    • Participate in site HSE training activities, conduct incident investigation and reporting.
    • Monitor HSE related issues at the projects regarding our Company's Clients.
    • Draw progress & development plans for HSE sections and supervise their implementation to cope up with local and international standards.
    • Direct & guide the HSE staff and follow up their implementations to be complied with HSE manual & Policies.
    • Monitor and observe safety programs to ensure a safe & compliant work environment.
    • Deliver and track new employee safety orientations. Develop and deliver training programs in a
    • Manner that raises employee awareness and enables employees and supervisors to work safely.
    • Knowledge of the ISO requirement and monitoring thereof.
    • Revision of activity risk assessments where a gap has been identified.
    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree/ Diploma/ HSE Certification

    NEBOSH IGC

    Skills & Professional Requirements:

    Excellent English spoken and written skills.

    Advanced knowledge in computer systems

    Experience Requirements:

    4 years' experience (UAE)
