Top Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Assistant Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out
to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are looking for a professional with strong experience in managing
high-end commercial and retail fit-out projects
, particularly for international brands within the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing fit-out projects.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments (joinery, steel, painting, etc.).
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking updates.
- Ensure adherence to UAE regulations, safety standards, and authority requirements.
- Support procurement, material submittals, and shop drawing approvals.
- Attend client and consultant meetings as required.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
- Mandatory experience handling high-end retail and commercial shop projects in the GCC.
- Strong preference for candidates with
Dubai project experience
. - Experience working with international luxury retail brands is highly advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of authority approvals (DM, DCD, DEWA, mall management, etc.).
- Excellent project coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera (preferred), AutoCAD, and MS Office.
