Job Summary:

We seek a skilled and knowledgeable Dental Insurance Consultant who is a licensed dentist without an active clinical practice.

In this role, you will utilize your dental expertise to assess and evaluate dental insurance claims and ensure compliance with dental insurance policies and procedures.

You will play a crucial role in determining the coverage and reimbursement of dental procedures, facilitating efficient claims processing, and providing exceptional customer service to policyholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Review dental insurance claims and assess services' eligibility based on policy coverage and guidelines.
  • Utilize your dental expertise to evaluate the appropriateness of treatments, diagnoses, and procedures mentioned in dental claims.
  • Collaborate with policyholders, dental providers, and internal teams to address inquiries, provide clarifications, and resolve issues related to dental insurance coverage.
  • Stay updated with current dental procedures, practices, and emerging trends to make informed decisions regarding dental insurance claims.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of claim assessments, communications, and any other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with claims adjusters and underwriters to investigate and resolve complex dental insurance claims.
  • Review icd10 and CPT codes.

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
AED3, AED4,000.00 per month
