    Description
    1. Role: Ecomm Helpdesk
    2. Location – Dubai
    3. Contract duration – 6 months extendable to 1 year or more
    4. Budget – 5000 AED
    5. Notice period – Immediate Joiners

    JD:

    • PERFORMING CALL/ TELEPHONY/ REMOTE support
    • Working on Emails through eCase tool
    • Adhere to department KPIs including call quality, grade of service
    • Onboarding customers on Integration (DEC & API)
    • Assisting easyship customers on their Queries, Errors, etc.
    • Assisting customers with their technical queries via Emailship, easyship
    • Assisting customers on Chat service
    • Managing projects related to new tools and existing tools enhancements
    • NUMBER of calls per day is estimated to be 300 calls
    • Giving training in advance for the replacement staff to have a proper handover
    • Working hours from 8 – 6
