- Role: Ecomm Helpdesk
- Location – Dubai
- Contract duration – 6 months extendable to 1 year or more
- Budget – 5000 AED
- Notice period – Immediate Joiners
- PERFORMING CALL/ TELEPHONY/ REMOTE support
- Working on Emails through eCase tool
- Adhere to department KPIs including call quality, grade of service
- Onboarding customers on Integration (DEC & API)
- Assisting easyship customers on their Queries, Errors, etc.
- Assisting customers with their technical queries via Emailship, easyship
- Assisting customers on Chat service
- Managing projects related to new tools and existing tools enhancements
- NUMBER of calls per day is estimated to be 300 calls
- Giving training in advance for the replacement staff to have a proper handover
- Working hours from 8 – 6
