    Description
    • Set up the yearly strategic planand budgets of the brand portfolio in coordination with brandowners and leaders.
    • Develop, implement, andpilot the 360° launch and marketing plans in collaborationwith the marketing team (Media, PR, influencers, Merchandising,in-store animation, CRM, training, sampling ...) in accordance withthe strategy of the brand.
    • Participate instrategic meetings with marketing, retailers, and regional teams tonegotiate commercial conditions (co-funding, animations,exclusivity...)
    • Build the assortment byoffering recommendations based on market knowledge and analysis andin interface with the Visual Merchandising and Retailer'sCategory Managers teams.
    • Analyze theperformances on a regular basis and adapt the actions whennecessary.
    • Use marketing KPIs to set realisticbut stretching targets for the team, brand, and activities andsuggest optimizations on actions andtools.
    • Fuel brand strategy and identifyopportunities by conducting market, trend, and competitionanalyses.
    • Maintain a healthy assortment andwork closely with planning and theretailer.
    • Monitor and follow up expenses andensure that they are respecting set budgets.

    Operations,activations & productmerchandising

    • Drive short and long-term strategiesacross markets/networks of scope to meet and exceed brandobjectives.
    • Build best-in-class partnershipswith retail partners to effectively maximize and deliver on salesgoals.
    • Build strong and effective relationshipswith internal teams to bring to life 360 activations (InventoryPlanning, Marketing, Education, Creative, andOperations).
    • Monitor and direct dailyoperations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in terms ofsales targets, margin, and profit and take corrective action whennecessary.
    • Conduct regular market visits andclose relationship building with the field team to get key insightsacross the region.
