    The Role
    We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in Dubai UAE.The ideal candidate will have a background in Fit Out and LuxuryProjects and will play a crucial role in the planning and executionof our projects. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain projectschedules and ensure timely completion of all activities Coordinatewith project managers engineers and other stakeholders to gathernecessary information for project planning Conduct feasibilitystudies and resource allocation analysis to optimize projecttimelines and costs Monitor and track project progress identifypotential delays and propose solutions to keep the project onschedule Prepare regular reports and presentations on projectstatus and performance for management and clients Utilize projectmanagement software and tools to enhance planning and schedulingprocesses

    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;Masters degree is a plus Proven work experience as a PlanningEngineer in the Fit Out and Luxury Projects industry Expertise inproject management tools such as Primavera P6 Microsoft Project orsimilar software Strong analytical and problemsolving skills withthe ability to make critical decisions under pressure Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate withcrossfunctional teams and stakeholders Detailoriented with a focuson accuracy and quality in project planning and schedulingExperience in Working with International Consultants. Experience infast Track Fit Out Projects Able to work under pressure
