- Drive entrepreneurial approach, ensure divisional resources are aligned to successfully implement the hotel annual growth strategy and accomplish our Purpose.
- Work with the Executive Chef in the preparation and activation and regular review of the F&B Marketing toolkit.
- To ensure that each assigned profit center is operated in line with maximizing profit while delivering on the brand promise.
- To assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for the hotel.
- To assist in the monthly forecasting, involving the respective Outlet Managers as appropriate.
- To proactively manage costs based on key performance indicators, working through the respective Outlet Managers as appropriate.
- To ensure the assigned Food and Beverage Outlets are managed in line with the original concept of each respective venue.
- Review feedback on the results of the Hysat, Trip Advisor, and other social media sites and ensure that the F&B venues are recognized by our guests both in-house and from the local community.

Qualifications
Minimum 4-5years of prior experience in the role of Director of F & B of an F & B dominated Luxury Hotel
Experience in concept planning and opening of the F & B venues
Experience in managing and executing large and varied Events ( corporate and socials)
Worked in the multicultural workforce and guest environment
