CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking Business Development Manager who will steer the Company with innovation. You will work within the Healthcare staffing industry, a fast-paced and opportunistic industry to work in. This BDM is expert in the art of a deal, charismatic, engaging and is always seeking new adventures.


You are a sales or marketing professional who has proven your ability to create business opportunities, enhance sales through new and returning clients, and create new revenue streams.

You will identify target clients, build relationships, and ensure long lasting contract management with them.

You are ready for a new challenge and have the energy to tackle an ambitious management role with a entrepreneurial CEO to guide you.

You have strong intellectual and social skills, and the knowledge and rigour not to compromise on standards. You are a strategic person, who plans and has foresight for challenges. You enjoy analysing trends and data to ensure an impactful outreach campaign.


You will report directly to the CEO and COO for all strategy updates and how to implement the CEO's vision and mission for the Company growth and sales.

You are an exciting and effective communicator, who motivates and engages their audience, pursuing leads generation to satisfied customer sale.

You have efficient IT skills enabling fast and accurate engagement with Clients and reporting for Management.

You will keep timely and efficient tracking and recording to ensure all BD activities are recorded and can be referred to as the company strategically plan.

Your personality ensures strong relationship building, and customer rapport within a multi-cultural environment and a sensitive industry. Your oversight to your planning ensures the customer journey is fulfilled and never knowingly undersold. Your problem-solving skills evoke motivation and inspiration, and people want to invest in your passion. You have a desire to create excellence, demonstrated in the ability to hit company KPI's.


You are a strong and confident leader, who will interact with a broad team from senior management to sales agents and front of house.

You will be part of a valued management team within an exciting an impactful industry, where your management career can grow.
